When I got let go from the radio station, The Beat, about 4 years ago… I wrote a letter to The Beat. Needless to say it wasn’t a “love” letter. I don’t think Lupe’s Love Letter To The Beat was intended for my old station. Produced by Chad Hugo of the Neptunes/N.E.R.D… this was supposedly a track Alicia Keys never used for her As I Am CD so Lupe took it and ran with it.
